Ok, I am working on this one. The hotel I am planning on booking everyone in is changing ownership at the end of the summer. I am going to block 7 rooms at that time. I will then be able to let everyone know what room costs are and if I can get a discount. Unfortunately they cannot take reservations yet. So patience is a virtue and I am feeling very virtuous. =)
